Exchange and return

You can exchange or return the item within 14 days of purchase.

This right is guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Act of Ukraine.

To take advantage of this opportunity, please make sure that:

• the product was not in use and has no traces of use: scratches, chips, abrasions, etc .;
• the product is fully completed and the integrity of the packaging is not violated.

To return an item:

1. Use the Support Service form - Return of goods
2. If you are in another city, send the goods back by "Nova Poshta", indicating the recipient from whom you received the parcel with our goods.

Then send us an SMS to the number +38(095)819-61-66 with the number of TTN + card number (with the name of the bank), where after receiving the goods by us and its inspection, we will refund the money.
